Brochure and first contact
You have found a project you like. We send you the brochure with all the documents and arrange a meeting with you.

Your consultation at Löwenstein
We go through the floor plan, location, specification and price together and answer your questions. Afterwards you will know whether the apartment is right for you.

The right bank for your purchase
If you wish, we put you in touch with an independent financing partner who compares up to 250 banks for you – free of charge and without obligation.

Finalising the financing
Once the approval is in, things move quickly. Acting promptly here takes a day instead of six weeks – and the apartment stays reserved for you in the meantime.

The notary mandate to Löwenstein
We need the final financing confirmation, your ID document and the completed notary mandate form. With those we mandate the notary.

… and the draft contract to you
You receive our confirmation, and the notary sends you the draft purchase contract.

14 days for any last questions
German law requires 14 days between the draft and the signing. Use them for any remaining questions – we are available throughout.

The big day
At the notary the purchase contract is read out in German and signed. After that the apartment is yours. We can provide translation services for you, if needed.

The construction-developers take over
From here the developer accompanies you: construction progress, payment instalments and contracts for optional extras. We stay available in the background.

20+ new-build projects in Hamburg, more than 250 apartments and over €124 million in volume: we have accompanied projects from the first brochure to the final signing. And learned one thing above all: new builds take more than pretty renderings and big promises.
What you buy often does not exist yet. You decide on the basis of plans, building specifications and figures – or on the basis of a plot and the question of what could be built on it.
We make sure that decision is not taken blind. We look closely, check the numbers, put the documents on the table and raise the uncomfortable points too. And the person always stays at the centre: their wishes, their circumstances and what really suits them in the end.
